The service here is often lacking. Cashier is either not knowledgeable, or just not paying attention. Fail to keep bagels stocked. I order the same drink every time. Yet it always tastes different. Usually lacking the espresso the drink actually calls for. It tastes more like some boxed mix.
Waited 10 minutes for a bagel and LG mango tea. I went inside it took long to order and waiting for my food made it worse.
Way too expensive. As with most businesses in St.John Parish, the employees are lacking skills necessary for selling over priced products to ungrateful customers with too much money. Seen the race card played 3 times myself.
This was my first time to try Dunkin' Donuts! The location is really clean with a nice atmosphere, however, my fiance and I just weren't impressed with the donuts. I noticed the owner takes all of the feedback and responds which is impressive customer service
Fantastic service! Helpful and friendly staff. I like to try new options and customize them for me. They always get them right & make them even more delicious than I hoped. The frozen Vanilla Chai is beyond awesome!! The owner goes out of his way to make sure the customers are very satisfied.
