Rented a Ford Focus----never again
Wrong information had me late for both rentals. Had to return home to get more paperwork. Attendant was very dismissive about it
we had a good experience and the rep that helped us was very polite and helpful. We will be using Enterprise in the future as long as we get the service that Laplace, LA gave. Thanks
When I called enterprise to complain, the day after returning it, I was told these were all safety features from Ford, which I didn't believe. The car needed repairs!!!!
The car bucked the entire ride, would not accelateate above 80 mph and the radio would not play unless the passenger seat belt was engaged, mind you, no one was sitting in the passenger seat.
I was refunded one of the two days of rental!!!!
