Brought them 2 tires to mount and balance...price was high but did good job. Several months later I called for $$$ on 4 tires to mount and balance and all of a sudden they don't do that service. Total car care my ass.
Had a few issues with this firestone when I first came here, but they were really fast to fix it and make it right for me. Tina and Craig are the best.

Were polite over the phone, and then when they had my car, which had a lifetime alignment, they didn't adjust anything and said the alignment was in spec. The toe was off, yet they didn't adjust it. Now I'm 1200 miles away and the papers I got from this location were shown to another Firestone and they said the toe was bad to the point of wearing the tires. Be wary of which location you go to with lifetime alignments.
