My experience was wonderful. I am satisfied with the service everyone in the store has given me.They all deserve raises because I could not ask for better service. I drove from Gonzales just to visit this store because I always receive amazing service.

I went to Sprint in LaPlace today with a laundry list of problems and issues on different phones and we have 5 lines. The salesman referred us to Tyler the store manager who was probably the best contact we have had at a sprint store in the 11 years we have been with them. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have had bad experiences plenty of times trying to get my phone issues handled and even if I lived in New Orleans or Baton Rouge it would be worth the drive to visit this store. Thanks again Tyler.
Tyler was great with customer service and very helpful! My mother had recently lost everything in the flood and definitely helped ease her mind and mine knowing that she now has a user friendly phone that she can handle! We will definitely be coming back if we need to :)
Tyler Ramirez fixed my phone. It took him a while, and he explained everything simply so I could understand. He was so courteous and knowledgeable. Sprint is lucky to have him. Mr. Ramirez is so talented I suppose he will soon be promoted upward and our town will lose him. I, and everyone who gets their phone serviced here will certainly miss him. 5 stars for the Sprint LaPlace store.
