I say steal because he is known to pick up the deceased body without prior permission and/or agreement with the family stating that they have agreed to use his services. Once he transports the body, he notifies the family of the unauthorized pick up and transport, then charges the family almost $2000 to recover the body and allow the correct mortuary complete the services.
