Post office is kept very clean. Service is slow but I have never been to a post office that wasn't slow.
Everything is clean and I get my stuff on time in the correct box and mailbox
Wish I could give 0 stars. This place must be run by a bunch of idiots. Every time I order something and USPS is the carrier, there are issues. Yesterday a package was supposed to be delivered to my house but was not delivered due to "unable to access door" which is funny to me being that UPS delivered a package to me the same exact day within an hour before WITHOUT PROBLEM. So this morning I try to call to ask about the package and the man on the phone RUDELY tells me I'm going to have to call back because "the truck was late" and "the computer isn't working" but it does not require a truck or a computer to write down my address and make sure my packages are delivered. I paid for 2 day shipping for a reason and I will not come pick up packages that I paid to be shipped.
This Post Office is most helpful! They'have addressed an issue that I have been having and have taken steps to insure that this will not happen in the future!
The ladies who work the customer service over the phones have absolutely no respect and are really rude. Called about an overnight package that was not delivered on time called the specific office because its where i mailed my package from and she didnt listen to me she said rudely that i need to call the post office i mailed from to get the details and that i need to calm myself...when i was extremely calm...not to mention the people that work the counters are rude as well def not friendly faces when you walk in.
