As far as a chili's goes this is a good one. Great service
The ribs was cold..onion rings hard n dry...drinks was great..soup tasted like can milk..nothang was hot just room temp..
Terrible service, worse food and this way on a quiet Sunday afternoon. God only knows what they’re like when it’s packed. Never going in this place again
100% love the 2 for 20 meals! Our only request is for the appetizers &/or salads to be served prior to the main entree. We come hungry and when they are served as quickly as possible they take the edge off the hunger & make the wait while the entree is cooking seem shorter. Also for customers who are having drinks the expanded flow allows for another possible drink order and a more relaxing dinner experience regardless. A couple of vegetarian/vegan options would be so nice thankfully the servers are usually quite helpful with options and usually understanding. Straws should be optional not a given. We like the recycled paper for the silverware it would be even better if it were a sustainable material such as hemp!! I hope to see more "green" options as you are able to implement them. Thank you for caring and being among the few making changes for the benefit of the environment. So about that styrofoam!?!
